E470 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms governing your use of the e470 platform. By registering or using any service on e470, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein. Please read carefully before proceeding.
These terms take effect from the date of your account registration and are subject to amendment from time to time.
1Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the e470 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies published on this website.
Use of the e470 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Residing in or accessing the platform from regions where such services are permitted under applicable local laws.
- Not subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online betting or gaming services.
- Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party.

2Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any outstanding balances or winnings.

You are responsible for keeping your personal information current should any changes occur.

Users are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within their account, including any transactions, bets, and communications made using their login credentials.
3Platform Usage Rules and Prohibitions
All e470 platform users must comply with the usage rules set out herein. Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose is strictly prohibited.
The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from e470.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Exploiting system bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such means are considered void.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games or bets.
- Impersonating another user or providing false information during the verification process.
- Distributing harmful content, malware, or any code that could compromise the security of the platform or other users.
E470 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and referring matters to the relevant authorities.
4Payment Information, MYR Transactions and Account Policy
All deposits and withdrawals on the e470 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up to date. e470 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Withdrawal requests will be processed once the required identity verification is complete. e470 reserves the right to withhold or delay payments where there is suspected fraud or suspicious activity linked to the account. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Regarding account policy, e470 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Requests from law enforcement or relevant regulatory bodies.
- Account inactivity exceeding the limit set under e470's current policy.

5Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
The e470 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. e470 does not guarantee that the service will be continuously available or free from technical errors. We will endeavour to minimise service disruptions but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, e470 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including losses from betting or gaming activity.
All content on the e470 platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and visual elements — is the intellectual property of e470 and is protected under applicable copyright law. You are not permitted to copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from e470.
This platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. e470 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
6Amendments to Terms, Governing Law and Contact Us

Your continued use of the e470 platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
